PRODUCT SAFETY, DISCLAIMER, AND LIABILITY WAIVER

Please read this document carefully before purchasing or using any products from EAGLE VISION LURES.

By purchasing, handling, or using any fishing lures, tackle, or accessories manufactured, distributed, or sold by EAGLE VISION LURES (hereafter referred to as "the Company"), you (hereafter referred to as "the Customer" or "User") explicitly agree to the terms, conditions, and disclaimers outlined below.

1. Assumption of Risk (Sharp Hooks & Physical Hazards)

Fishing lures by their very nature utilize sharp hooks, split rings, and components designed to catch fish. These components pose inherent risks of physical injury.

  • Puncture & Laceration Hazard: Hooks are extremely sharp and can cause severe punctures, lacerations, or infections if handled improperly.

  • Eye & Body Protection: Serious injury can occur during casting, retrieving, or when a lure becomes snagged and suddenly breaks free under tension. The Company strongly recommends that all users and bystanders wear protective eyewear and appropriate clothing at all times while fishing.

  • Safe Handling: Users assume all risk when rigging, casting, handling caught fish, or removing hooks.

2. Materials and Manufacturing Disclaimers (ABS & Finishing Processes)

Our lures are custom-manufactured using 3D-printed Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) and undergo a specialized finishing process that utilizes acetone.

  • Chemical Exposure Warning: While the final product is fully cured, dried, and safe for standard handling, these products are not food-safe.

  • Safe Handling: Never place the lures in your mouth. Always wash your hands after handling fishing tackle and before eating, drinking, or touching your eyes.

  • Environmental Degradation: Exposing ABS plastics to extreme heat (such as leaving them inside a hot vehicle or tackle box in direct sunlight) may cause warping or structural degradation. The Company is not responsible for product failure due to improper storage or exposure to extreme environments.

3. Choking and Pet Hazards

  • Keep Out of Reach of Children and Pets: Lures, hard baits, and small terminal tackle resemble food or toys to children and animals. They present severe choking, puncture, and internal blockage hazards.

  • Not for Consumption: No products sold by the Company are intended for human or animal ingestion.

4. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EAGLE VISION LURES, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • The use, misuse, or inability to use any of our products.

  • Personal injury, property damage, or medical expenses incurred while handling or fishing with our products.

  • Injuries sustained due to product modification, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.

By purchasing or using these products, the User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EAGLE VISION LURES from any and all claims, suits, demands, or liabilities arising out of the use of the Company's products.

5. Governing Law

This agreement and any disputes arising from the use of products from EAGLE VISION LURES shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates.
